The Supply Arrangement (SA) enables Federal Department Users to compete and to assess proposals on a wider range of technical and financial competencies amongst pre-qualified suppliers, such as Portage Personnel. Task based initiatives are usually finite work assignments geared towards a well defined deliverable with specific timelines.
The Standing Offer (SO) enables Federal Department Users to issue call-ups related to a particular activity required to address a specific IT need and is usually associated with a specified set of responsibilities.
The Supply Arrangement (SA) enables Federal Department Users to compete and to assess proposals related to a particular activity required to address a specific IT need and is usually associated with a specified set of responsibilities.

ProServices is a mandatory method of supply for professional services with pre-qualified suppliers like Portage Personnel, valued below the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) threshold. ProServices has 13 streams covering 158 categories.
Federal Department Users may enter into a contract with Portage Personnel for contracts valued up to $40,000 (including taxes, travel and living, amendments, etc.) where the contracting officer deems it cost effective to do so, as permitted under the Government Contracting Regulations.
Portage Personnel guarantees the quality of all our candidates hired. During the course of the guarantee
period, should you not be pleased with the performance of the recommended resource, every effort will be
made to introduce a new candidate with no additional fees incurred by the client.
